Applications:
The Easy-FixSM Lid is a replacement for original equipment lids on die casting machines. Unlike conventional lids, they do not have to be removed and rebuilt whenever a single heating element fails. Elements can individually be replaced while the machine is running.

Construction:
The Easy-Fix Lid is comprised of individual modules, each module holding one helical coil heating element. If a heating element fails, the module is removed and replaced with another module. It is not necessary to shut down equipment.

Machine Type:
Custom fabricated to fit all styles of die casting machines, domestic or foreign.

Heating Elements:
Currently, single and 3-Phase helical coil elements up to 29-in. long. The elements are wound on a threaded ceramic tube to minimizing bunching.
