We design and supply flat heating elements on insulating sheets of polyimide, commonly used in the aerospace industry for satellite heat control.

Polyimide etched foil heaters (single sheet thickness: 0.15 mm), are not only light and extremely flexible (minimum bend radius: 1 mm) but also reliable in providing excellent heat distribution.

Careful design by our engineers to determine the right specific power and its optimum distribution for the project involved, and a perfect application method, ensure a practically infinite life cycle with maximum working temperature of 260°C (175°C with adhesive).
